Group 3 only received local auricular stimulation of the acupuncture points to simulate the experience but the points were not retained. A special type of tape retained the needles over the 8 week period for groups 1 and 2. The same tape hid the absence of needles in the sham group. The needle depth was 2 millimeters in the auricular acupuncture points. The 5 point acupuncture treatment caused the most significant reduction in waist circumference and BMI. Body fat percentage dropped significantly in the 5 point acupuncture treatment but not in the other groups. The 5 auricular acupuncture point combination is commonly employed for digestion issues. Gastric and duodenal ulcers are commonly treated with a similar combination of auricular stomach or duodenum, brain, mouth, spleen and shenmen. In some instances I have even seen that stones were not released during the liver and gallbladder flush, but tons of them came out during the colonic, colon hydrotherapy or colema done after the liver flushes. In one instance, I remember the person complained that no stones had come out during the liver flush and she did a colonic and the colon hydro- therapist reported that the woman passed over 5. That was an estimate, but that’s the stones that kept pouring through the tube, the colonic tube, and it was almost like it didn’t want to stop. But eventually it did, and so she estimated that there were at least 5. So this can be very serious. And it shouldn’t be an oral cleanse, Epsom salts or magnesium oxide is not sufficient to do that. You need to have a water based flushing system like a coleman or enemas. If you are choosing an enema, make sure that the water is going all the way up to the other side, into the ascending colon. Sometimes one enema is not enough, so do 2 or 3 consecutive enemas. So do one, release whatever is in there, do another one, release what’s coming until nothing else is coming out, and you feel the water actually reaching to the side of the beginning part of the colon, in the ascending part. So this will make sure that liver and gallbladder flushes are very safe. You can trust that everything will be balanced after that and you don’t get contaminated by toxins through these trapped stones in the colon.
